DOGTV Premium Pack: Comprehensive Terms & Conditions

Please carefully review the following Terms and Conditions for the DOGTV Premium Pack. Your purchase of the DOGTV Premium Pack signifies your full acceptance of these terms. Cannot be combined with any coupon or promotional offer. 

1. Inclusive Package Purchase & No Free Trial Period: The DOGTV Premium Pack is offered and sold as a singular, inclusive bundle. Due to the significant value and immediate access to multiple third-party services and products (“Inclusive Offers”) provided upon purchase, the DOGTV Premium Pack does not include or qualify for any free trial period. All Inclusive Offers are activated or made available immediately upon successful payment processing.
2. Non-Refundable Policy: All sales of the DOGTV Premium Pack are final and non-refundable. This non-refundable policy applies once the purchase transaction is completed, irrespective of the utilization of any included services or products. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable term.
3. Recurring Subscription & Billing: The purchase of the DOGTV Premium Pack establishes a recurring annual subscription for the DOGTV streaming service. You will be charged the current annual subscription price of $74.99 (or the then-current Annual subscription price) one year from your initial charge date, and annually thereafter, unless cancelled in accordance with Section 4. You authorize DOGTV to charge your provided payment method for all recurring charges.
4. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your DOGTV Premium Pack subscription at any time. To cancel, please follow the instructions provided in your account settings on DOGTV.com or contact our customer support. Upon cancellation, your access to the annual DOGTV streaming subscription (as included in the Premium Pack) will continue for the remainder of the active annual subscription period for which you have already paid. No further charges will be incurred for the Premium Pack after cancellation, and your subscription will not auto-renew at the end of its then-current term. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription term upon cancellation.
5. Inclusive Offers – Specific Terms: The DOGTV Premium Pack includes the following Inclusive Offers, each subject to specific terms as outlined below and potentially additional terms from the respective third-party providers:

• Annual Subscription to DOGTV: As detailed in Section 3, providing 12 months of access to DOGTV’s streaming content.

Upon purchase of the Premium Pack, unique one-time redemption codes for each inclusion will be sent via email entitling the purchaser to:

• Fi Series 3 GPS Collar & 6 Months of Monitoring*:
  • One (1) Fi Series 3 GPS Collar, redeemable at (insert URL).  The collar will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at code redemption.
  • Six (6) months of Fi monitoring service are included, activated upon collar setup and payment to Fi of the $20 activation fee.
  • After the initial six (6) months, continued monitoring service will require a separate subscription directly with Fi, subject to Fi’s then-current terms and pricing.
  • DOGTV is not responsible for the functionality, warranty, or support of the Fi collar or service beyond the included monitoring period; all such responsibilities lie with Fi.
• One (1) Tele-training Session with Live Professional Trainer (via TeleTails)**:
  • One (1) live professional dog training session via the TeleTails platform will be provided.
  • This session must be scheduled and completed within twelve (12) months from the Premium Pack purchase date.
  • The session’s scope is determined by TeleTails and the assigned trainer.
  • DOGTV is not responsible for the quality, availability, or outcome of the training session; these are governed by TeleTails’ terms.

• One (1) Month of virtual veterinary care (via TeleTails)

• • One (1) month of virtual veterinary care via the TeleTails platform will be provided.
  • The free month must be redeemed within X months from the Premium Pack purchase date.
  • All veterinary virtual care sessions, the corresponding VCPR and all communications are between TeleTails and the customer exclusively. 
  • DOGTV is not responsible for the quality, availability, or outcome of the veterinary virtual care provided; these are governed by TeleTails’ terms.
• One (1) BuddyID Tag & Lifetime Lost Pet Registration**:
  • One (1) BuddyID tag will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at code redemption.
  • Lifetime lost pet registration services are provided directly by BuddyID upon activation of the tag, subject to BuddyID’s terms and conditions.
  • DOGTV assumes no liability for the effectiveness of lost pet recovery.

* Terms for Fi Series 3 GPS Collar monitoring as of June 18, 2025. Future changes to Fi’s terms are beyond DOGTV’s control. ** These Inclusive Offers are currently in final negotiation stages. Specific terms, redemption methods, and provider details will be confirmed and updated upon finalization. Purchasers will be notified of any material changes prior to activation of these specific services.

6. Changes to Terms & Conditions: DOGTV reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on the DOGTV website. Your continued use of the DOGTV service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
7. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, NY, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Limitation of Liability: DOGTV is not responsible for any issues, damages, or claims arising from the use or non-use of the third-party Inclusive Offers included in the Premium Pack. All such matters fall under the responsibility of the respective third-party providers. DOGTV’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the Premium Pack.
9. Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, along with any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and DOGTV regarding the DOGTV Premium Pack.
